Yes, I have checked and unchecked the "Show disabled/disconnected devices" on the Playback tab. On my laptop, I see that it says "installing drivers." However, when the installation "finishes," and I go to check my playback devices, I see NOTHING. When I check my headphones, I get a white blinking light for the bluetooth icon, as opposed to the solid white light I saw when syncing my other devices. My problem: I am successfully able to "pair" the two devices.
